Operation Supervisor Tourism 

As a travel advisor at Egyptian Riviera Travel, you will be the voice of our travel partners, providing exceptional customer service to travelers around the world. will be responsible for:

Booking and managing travel arrangements, including flight, hotels, car rentals, and activities

Answering customer questions about travel destinations, visas, and other travel -related topics 

Resolving customer issues and complanints

Providing recommendations and travel tips

Building relationships with customer to ensure their satisfaction
